2. Aim of Competition

Through the skills competition, we show the skills of the competitors to maintain, debug and manipulate robots, review the professional quality of the team organization management, team collaboration, work efficiency, quality and cost control, safety awareness, and guide the vocational colleges to focus on the development trend and new technology of the industry in the application of industrial robot technology application; promote the training of work integrated talents, and enhance the guidance level of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges.

3. Contents of Competition

The competition is divided into two stages of the formal competition and the performance competition. The formal competition is all participated by all the teams. The competition results and ranking are included. The performance competition is invited by the team of the official competition, the provincial and municipal performance team and the Committee of the Executive Committee. The performance of the competition is not included in the competition.

3.1 Formal competition

In the prescribed time (4 hours), the contestant completes the task of the food packaging on the basis of the field operation, according to the relevant information provided by the field and the item of the competition task:

1. debug multi joint robot and visual system.

2. the contestants will place the tray on the small package food manually on the magnetic conductive AGV. The magnetic AGV can carry 3 pallets at a time, and the contestants manually start AGV.

According to the requirements of the item book, the box is placed in the gift box on the gift box to complete the classified packing. Each gift box is divided into more than one small lattice. Each small lattice can be superimposed and placed 2-4 similar foods from the bottom to the top. Different types of food are different (the same type of food is the same type). It is specifically stipulated in the task book. A total of 3 gift boxes are required to be packed in the competition.

(2) team composition in formal competitions and exhibition teams: each team consists of 3 competitors, 3 players must be co registered students, and 1 of them are captain. Each team can be equipped with 2 instructors.

(4) the official games and the performance competitions are carried out several times.

5. Competition process

The specific date of the competition is stipulated by the Executive Committee of the national vocational college skills competition and the Executive Committee of the competition district. The competition and performance of the competition will continue for five days. The players report on the first day of the first day. The match, the fourth day of the performance match. 6. Competition test
